Canna go Wrong wi Lego

The sun tried to get out a few times today, but fail.  Mostly cloudy and showers.

A steady day on the museum desk.  Plenty of jobs to be done, with various folk in for upcoming events, and also started on the setup for a wedding on this coming weekend.   A fine brisk walk about Lerwick at lunchtime and avoided the showers.  Off to work in the pub tonight, looks like it might be busy with various supply boats berthed in Scalloway. 

After work, I met mam and nieces Eve and Elise.  It's Elise's 10th birthday today, she wanted to go to the Gurkha Kitchen for her birthday meal, lovely curry it was too.  After we went to Mareel for a cuppa and a chance for Elise to open some of her presents.  Seems like there has been a theme, Lego!  You really can't go wrong with Lego and better to be playing with that, compared to stuck in front of a screen!  Taken inside Mareel, Lerwick.
