Evasive manoeuvres (Day 479)

The wind was chilly as we wandered up the hill with the dogs this morning, but at least it wasn't raining.
I spent the rest of the morning doing household chores, testing my arm to see what I can do without causing too much pain. Things are improving, slowly.
After lunch my beautiful wife and I took the dogs to Waulkmill. The tide was out so there was plenty of space for the dogs to run on the sand, and they made the most of it.
