Roasted

I have several kilos of tomatoes from the greenhouse so I decided to roast some this morning. There are the plum tomatoes once they had come out of the oven.

Lovely wander in the woods with fellow blipper and dogs this morning, see extra. This afternoon I made spag bol using my garlic roasted tomatoes. Good but not as intense as I expected. Tips welcome.
