Red and White

Poppies and Daisies in a field full of carrots seen on my walk round the model flying field this afternoon.

I saw lots of other things too :

Model aircraft being put through their paces;
Plenty of Bees on thistles;
Signs of Owl nest site in headstock of old farm wagon because of recent owl pellets, a tiny skull, some feathers and it being a trifle stinky in the area!
Magpies, Crows and Pigeons (nothing more exciting!);
2 White Butterflies and one blue one;
The rare breed cattle;
Blackberry bushes with no blackberries on, Elder and Rowan Berries and some Hazel nuts (a bit too Autumnal looking for my liking).

It's been another lovely day.
