The Pond

Another visit to Tom for more beans and tomatoes.
I noticed that the wild flower " meadow" round the pond was beginning to flower.
Some lovely blue cornflowers, a few white campion, common bistort and purple- loosestrife
( I think that was there before) It is looking better every week now.
Another warm summers day. 
Washing all dry, and the painter has finished the windows.
Our eldest grandson popped in to say "hello". Had a fantastic time at the Leeds Festival. Missed Bank Holiday Monday completely, as he slept all day and night, and woke Tuesday, thinking it was Monday!
Oh what it is to be young!
