Malt Kiln Farm Shop

Wa-hey! We finally managed to take the girls for a strawberry pick. Thanks to a very good friend, we had a lovely day out together at Malt Kiln Farm Shop. To be honest, for fruit picking, I much prefer this location than where we normally go. We all got to pick strawberries, raspberries, corn on the cob, courgettes and rhubarb. There was also beans, marrow, redcurrants, white currants and blackcurrants available to pick too. And generally, they are open until the end of September!

We then took a wander into the farm shop and bought some lovely fresh exotic vegetables, had a picnic on the benches and then back to ours for a play and dinner together. It really was a fabulous day spent with great friends.
