Eureka!

You won't believe the time and effort it has taken me to track down vegetable stock cubes that don't contain fish, milk powder,  powdered egg, chicken or gelatin products.

This really is the vegan equivalent of the holy grail in Japan!

In other news it looks like the lovely dog sitter will have a new furry friend, due to arrive from a rescue center next Wednesday.  The woofer likes the idea of having a new poodle girlfriend - especially one called Coco! More details  to follow...
