With the International break this weekend there are no Premiership games, so the local non-League team have taken to Facebook to try and attract some extra supporters..........what a good idea.

Today has been a better day.

More mobile.......able to do more things.

Steve.......who did the garden called in to deal with a little problem........and brought me some lunch.

Graham, an old colleague, called in at the same time...........on his way back to Southampton. When he and his wife retire they're moving back up here.

Shaun phoned for a chat.

Hebs messaged me.

My sis phoned.

That's the hardest part about being retired...........and on your own.........36 years of seeing and interacting with over 500 people each day during term time.......replaced by days when you don't see anybody.

Loki hasn't been allowed any where near the conservatory today........so he can't escape.

Looking forward to tomorrow afternoon....my girlies from work are visiting.
