Departure time

As I was taking this, Miss L was leaving Edinburgh Airport on her 15-hour trip to Traverse City Michigan for the first four months of her studies at Interlochen. I'd taken taken the tram from the airport to town for an internal "strategy conference" which was better than I'd feared and lunch was good, as one might hope since the event was in the Playfair Library.

Stop press: L has now successfully negotiated terminal changes at Heathrow and Chicago, cleared US Immigration and is about to take the final flight to Traverse City.
