You can feel it: the calm before the storm. Everyone is clearly making the most of the last week of the school holidays; the roads were empty this morning and combined with bright sunshine and a slightly crisper start the trip to work was positively mood enhancing. 

Out for a very short and slow run at lunchtime (urgh) and busy all day. Blast home, dinner, bath, bed & story for the younger +3s, an hour with +1/2 and bed.
