Asha the mermaid

A day of total r&r... A lovely breakfast outside in the sunshine, playing in the pool, reading a great book in the sun (& then cloud, as you can see in the blip!), a prolonged game of Ludo, drawing, biking round the land, shopping for exciting things like ice cream & toasted almonds...and then a visit from the lovely owner to give us homegrown melons and LOADS of tomatoes still on the vine! For us, this is the perfect holiday. 
Added an extra as I wasn't sure which to blip, but D liked the clouds in this one...

Today I'm grateful for; 
1) The gift of a holiday.
2) Our generous host. 
3) Hearing the animals all day...just LOVE the goat bells, the chickens, the horses... I'm sure I was made to live in the countryside.
