Two not greats = 1 OK blip

My sister picked me up today and we went looking for a Kingfisher, the problem being the branches are right in front of its posing perch :0/ but I saw it, then I also took this other beauty, but it's quite a long way away and is constantly moving so it's not crisp. But hey!
When my sister bought me back I grabbed my swimming bag and went girl my swim, I had two bits of swim as I started to go out then came back when I saw my friend coming, so in total I swam about 30/35 minutes.
Poor hubby has hurt his back as our corridor roof was being delivered and he stretched or bent awkwardly, so he called our sons to lend him a hand for an hour.
