Victoria Sponge made by Victoria.

This is a Victoria Sponge made by my granddaughter Victoria. It was made from a gluten-free packet mix, which we found in my grandson's gluten-free cupboard. Although it looks okay now that it is finished I am not impressed with the size of it and will suggest to my daughter that she does not buy any more of these.

We have not tried it and if I am lucky I may get a piece tomorrow. We are saving it for this evening as this is the last night that they will have their Japanese student staying with them.

More rain so we have an excuse to stay in and watch the Olympics Games.
