Afternoon light on the driveway.....we had a basketball goal when our kids were little but we never had a three point line painted on the driveway!  The boys even put another basketball goal beneath the regulation one and if you hit a shot from behind the three point line, and it goes through BOTH baskets, you get SIX points!!! 
You can easily see the effects of the drought on the grass.....that area in front of the trees is normally a beautiful green.  I hand watered lots of the plant material this afternoon as they all looked like they needed a good drink.  The grass will come back, but it's expensive to replace all the other plants if they die from lack of water.  Hand watering is allowed, no sprinklers.
