Friends

These two are like sisters. They bicker, they wind each other up, they share badly... they absolutely adore each other, they need to see each other, they make up within minutes of fighting and they always always make each other laugh. They also have the bonus that they dance beautifully together. 

This morning they worked super duper hard in the studio, a quick run through of their solos, a run of their duet and then each having time working on their new solos individually. The teacher then revamped Katie's ballet. It's beautiful now, the beginning will be lovely once she's learnt and tidied it. I then had them for a while to do their duet. They have now remembered it at least and it's already looking tidier again! 

The baby went to her childminder and I took the big two to get the necessaries for a picnic before we went off to the country park. Such a fabulous afternoon in the sunshine. The doggies, the river, bank scrambling, mud pies and frisbee. It was blissful. We lay at the top of the hill with ice cream as we were finished and noone really wanted to leave. Such a chilled out afternoon.
