The Wallace Monument from Cambuskenneth.

This evening we re-visited Cambuskenneth and had a wander around the village. A rather attractive little village with no shops, one pleasant looking pub and linked to Stirling by a footbridge over the Forth.
The sky was decidedly dark and brooding but surprisingly it didn't rain - on us at least.
Eve came up for a while and had lunch with us. We took her home just as Euan got back from school. He was absolutely knackered and told his Mum, "school is far too long!"
Sorry Euan but you have at least eleven more years of over long school in front of you.
