Spent the morning in the shop serving five coachloads of tourists from the cruise ship Oriana.  Their average spend was £2 per head, mostly on postcards!  

Home to make bacon sandwiches for lunch and then Mike, Ollie and I went up onto the cliff to get a bit of a breeze and away from the midges.  Ollie and I walked, Mike went on his electric bike!  It goes well even cross country, on the tractor track.  Great fun was had by all!  

In the garden I was amazed to see so many bees on one flower head.  Seems like we are all making the most of the good weather!
