Drip

The drip of drop of sap oozes down a spent banana stem, congealing in the dry air even before it lands.  I think something has been nibbling on the Extension Service's banana plant, causing a sap leak.  But now, I'm wondering how a "tree-ripe" banana might taste, so I may be the next critter nibbling away!
