time to pack up

The festival is over, time to pack up. As every year, it did go with a big bang with the International Festival Fireworks. A colleague had a spare ticket for the park which I gladly took. The weather was great and the music very nice too. Haven't been in Princes St Garden for a while to see the fireworks and for the first time I managed to see the fire cascade. Very impressive. On the way home there were still some people on the Royal Mile doing shows. I particularly liked a very impressive fire eater. I really enjoyed wandering through town at night - there is still a festival buzz. Time to relax a wee bit before all the students are back.
