...have been criminal not to have had a wee wander on the beach tonight after we dropped the wee lad home to his Mammy and Daddy.

It was a gorgeous evening. There was a split vote in the car with two boys wanting to get back to screens and a daughter not wanting to be seen out with us...I think! But the Daddy and I played our Parental casting vote...perhaps a tad undemocratic I should maybe have a pack of cards in the car for these situations and cut the cards...but as I say, it would have been criminal!

The daughter didn't join us but the two boys who wanted to get back to screens did have fun.

Grateful for a wee half hour to enjoy this late August sunshine.
