Barging Through

Stopped off at Foxton Locks on the way to Kilworth House which was teeming with people as the sun had brought out the Bank Holiday crowds. 

This is the upper staircase of Foxton Locks located on the Leicester line of the Grand Union Canal. There are 2 staircases of 5 locks each and to get from top to bottom takes about 45 minutes but looking at the amount of boat traffic it would take quite a while if you were in the queue at the top of the rise.
