Hawker lochan

As it was a beautiful morning had a lovely hill walk up and over the hill in the picture. Great views all round.
Had seen a Hawker at this lochan on the way up but he zoomed off. They are incredibly strong fliers. Returning, stood watching and eventually three males jostled for the territory, fighting and chasing each other. Got some pics of them but not brilliant. Later, at the ford saw another Hawker. There was also a Meadow Pipit drinking and the little Hawker chased it away!!!!!
