I sat on my vantage point on Tower Hill for five or six hours watching the sail training, the tire kickers trying out new boats and the day trippers enjoying their day in Howth..

Thankfully I managed to put some new order in my life as I oversaw life's canvas play itself out before me and eventually headed for home safe in the knowledge I can survive life's little dips......Just saying
