Perfect day for a bike ride

Today we followed the Taninges valley and cycled from Taninges to near Sixt about 25K round trip. Here I am complete with abdo corset and support socks  managing to stay on the bike! Stopped for lunch in Samoens and had a good old fashioned Cheese Fondue and glass of Rose. Extra photo shows Phil taking his lunch very seriously.
Lovely day - I don't really want to go back to Wold Newton.
