Training run

A morning run along the Mon Brec this morning - for K, not me.  I'm "support", driving along and attempting to catch up with her at various points along the way.  All went reasonably well and at the end of her 18 mile training run we headed home.  This photo was taken at 17.5 miles, so only another half mile to go.  Unlike K, I'd managed to stop off at Goytre Wharf for  coffee and enjoy the view...
