Sheltered from the storm

We were greeted by a sky full of clouds and all three of us prayed it at least remained dry.
Low and behold, it started raining just as we arrived to collect our wristbands. A long wet walk to a camping spot and challenging conditions for pitching. We sheltered from the very heavy downpours for a couple of hours with a beverage and undampened spirits.
A second journey during a brief dry spell and then the remainder of a long rainy night in our tent before having a bbq tea.
We had to alter our tent's intended design to create a drainage system !
Results day today and some very happy students. I had to have a pep talk with one who came away disappointed after working incredibly hard- he deserved more.
