Setting Out

Today the walking group parked at the end of Stevensons Road, and walked down the true right of the Clutha River, past Oxbow, and on to Reko's Point where we had our lunch.  We returned on the same track.  The 16 of us enjoyed the walk, in a balmy +16C.  A nice cuppa at a local cafe was a fitting end to this wonderful walk by the river.  In this photo are Pianolady, The Tuner, Tussock, The Boss, and 3 other members of the walking group.

The extra is one of a member walking along the path between the Poplar trees.  We need to return in Autumn when the leaves are yellow.
