1 Cal

3 weeks ago I announced on blip that I had joined Slimming World. It's taking me a little while to get down to really planning meals carefully so that I can make the most of my membership. In spite of this I've shed a few pounds and got the Slimmer of the Week award tonight (probably because all the good slimmers were on holiday this week).

So, inspired by tonight's meal, I tried to blip 1 Cal spray oil. I like the way it sprays circles into the frying pan and I really didn't believe I could fry a nice egg in it. I hate fried eggs with frilly skirts o.n them so, until tonight have always fried them slowly in deep oil.

The fried eggs? Perfect!
The blip? Not quite what I expected, I want to try it again sometime.
