All Sundays should start like today. We popped down the road for a delicious brunch hosted by ArcLight and alfthomas. Other guests included blippers norfolkdoc, Ridgeback13 and sharon143. Indeed blippers outnumbered non-blippers (one of whom made a declaration that she will join us in October). ArcLight's blip for today captures the happy morning gathering.

I have taken it easy the rest of the day. Work is about to get very busy so I am making the most of the calm before the storm.

My blip is a variation on a theme often seen in the journal of alfthomas.

Exercise today: a little walking (6,157 steps).
