Book festival : Gill Lewis

Me n my big boy had a trip to the book festival while D went to his pals for a play date. We saw Louis de Benieres and Gill Lewis. While Louis' book looked very lovely and sounded a sweet story the stories that caught C's interest were Gill Lewis'. They are adventure stories about children rescuing animals. Her latest is Gorilla Dawn which is about children rescue who persecuted gorillas.
We'd had to go to Ocean Terminal to restock my mugs, cards etc at the Scottish Design Exchange so had gone to McDs for our tea. C was v chuffed because the icecream machine was now fixed and at long last he's had a Mcflurry.
