Day 240 of 366 - Storm the Castle!

Today's image was taken late this afternoon in the town of Kenilworth. It is a view of Kenilworth Castle. This time the photo was taken from my favourite angle. It is an image taken from on top of a grass verge next to the side Carpark at the edge of the Castle. The clouds were quite low as a rain and thunder storm was on it's way over.

The photo was taken using the Panorama feature of the iPhone Camera app on my iPhone 6.

First I used the app Snapseed to edit the picture. I cropped and straightened the image. I then applied the Tonal Contrast preset. I also boosted the Ambiance, Saturation, Warmth and Sharpness a little, as well as selectively increasing the Brightness and Saturation of the Castle. Next I used the app Mextures to add the formula called Baja Sunrise by Justin Halbert. After this I used the app Brushstroke to add the Gloss G2 painterly preset. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Tone preset, the Vibrant FX and a Small dark Vignette. I then added the Canvas Texture and the Burlap frame.
