Supper

I seemed to miss out on the sunny day as I was cooking for friends. We had a nice evening though one couple were pro-Corbyn and the other not. Interesting!

The blip is a starter I made up. Mr C's courgettes, his peas, some mozzarella, mint and pine nuts with a dressing of lemon-infused olive oil. The main was his potatoes and salad with aubergines stuffed with onions and mushrooms and quark. Pudding was a cheesecake made with our own blackcurrants.

Tomorrow I intend not doing very much!
