Award Winner....

Yes I was a little delicate this morning after consuming some super strength beer last night and awoke to the reality L and I were volunteering at Parkrun.

MrsT was running (and got another PB so well done MrsT xx).

After our shift I took L to her swim club where she started a new block after being moved up a group. We also got a mail telling us she was selected as the 'Most Improved Swimmer' and won a nice trophy and certificate.

In the afternoon we met our holiday friends at Polkemmet Park for a picnic. The girls played in the park all afternoon leaving us adults to play badminton & football before returning to their house for a bbq.
