It is all Going Swimmingly

We had a beautiful morning with the booby babies before lunch and then a quick power nap for Alf and then we headed to DW for a swim with Ellie. It was a tad cold in the pool so we only lasted about 15 mins but Alf seemed happy enough, that is until he screamed Costa coffee down but by the time I got home and gave him some Calpol he was much happier.
