River Rafting

The young adult group from Abundant Life Family Church held a river rafting event this afternoon. Pictured is Michael working hard on his first run through the rapids bypassing the Fox River dam in Yorkville, Illinois. Michael is always smiling, and it's not often you see him gritting his teeth!

It looked like a lot of fun, but the upper age limit for the group is 35 so not for me :(
