Seize the Day
The local farmers were out in force today with their combines and tractors etc to take advantage of the dry weather, as it's all set to change tomorrow. The fields are starting to look quite autumnal now, although there are areas that are still bright green (see Extra). Not sure if these are crops or just very good grass!
A very frustrating day for both of us, as initial plans to visit a festival in Kinross were aborted when I discovered the event had been cancelled due to lack of funding. TJ decided to continue with the shed roof and then realised he had bought the wrong weight of roofing felt, so that involved a 30 mile round trip to Dundee to exchange it for the right stuff, by which time the rain was threatening so the plan had to be put on hold.
I had yet more problems with computers - not mine this time, but his:-) Still trying to resolve an issue, but will get there eventually.
Hope your Bank Holiday weekend has been more successful so far:-)
PS - I've added some text to my blip to mark the occasion:-)
