Red and Blackcurrants, and other activities...

It was windy enough that walking in the forest seemed a bad idea as trees were thrashing around and the news mentioned problems caused by trees coming down.
However, the wind meant no bugs so the visitors and I picked our blackcurrant and redcurrant bushes clean today.  The blackcurrants were turned into jam and the redcurrants will become jam tomorrow.  Jan picked, and cooked, rhubarb at the same time.
We went for a quick walk when the jam was ready, to a viewpoint above the Ångerman River, and when we got home David had cooked a lovely fish curry.
And now for a game of cards...
