Notting Hill Carnival starts tomorrow, so everyone is getting charged up.

I love Carnival, having lived either directly on or just off the route for most of my 32 years in London.

I went down today to watch the shops and houses being boarded up, the graffiti artists move in and generally chat to the locals.
