About a month ago we arranged to take my nephews to the seaside today. For most of the week the weather forecast was suggesting we were going to have rain all day, but we ventured over the Hunstanton anyway. The heavens opened whilst we enjoyed a fish & chip lunch, but it hadn't rained whilst we were out on the beach.
After lunch we walked North up the coast to find an Earthcache which referred to the red colouring of the rock. After finding the required information we scrambled up the bank and started the walk back to the town centre. My sister spotted the road train & as the sky was looking darker and darker she wisely suggested that we catch it rather than walked the mile or so back down the coastal path. As we sat in an ice cream parlour we watched the torrential downpour out of the window, glad that we didn't choose to walk.
