christmas #1

because we'll be away at christmas, we had my family round for UK christmas.
everything went to plan. food, presents etc all really well received.
it is strange to be almost finished christmas already. all the presents are done (the bin-men will think it strange when they collect the two bags of wrapping paper for recycling a week early), all that stress of what to get/will they like it. no worrying about who'll eat what, will we burn the turkey etc etc.

time for a rest now before Polish christmas.
