The Bird and the Meadow

Tilly and Arthur put on a 'performance' this afternoon. Title as above. It seemed to revolve around jumping in unison from sofa to various scattered cushions and other soft bits of furniture.
I must get around to buying a proper coal scuttle - although, in this climate of earth-desicrating guilt and redemption seeking, we do feel morally justified in recycling the Cuprinol bucket... But then again in the current economic climate maybe we should try and keep the coal bucket makers in a job.
Ooh, it's an ethical dilema wichever way you look at it.
And don't get me started on the dustpan and brush versus paintbrush and bit of newspaper quandary.
