Cycling the Solway

Took Lady Lemond on her maiden voyage today and she rode like a dream. We did a 50k bike ride to raise money for the local hospice. It was organised by some friends and they did a grand job. Was my first long-distance ride and although my muscles ached a little, it was well worth it. The views of the coast were just stunning.
