Bright Sunny Day

Out to get a few items of shopping then home & caught Dave as he arrived home. We haven't really seen each other since my birthday almost 2 months ago...promised to catch up next week. He was going to a funeral this pm & we are going to one next week. One Carol's "sewing circle" friends has been fighting cancer for some while & just as it seemed she would get over it, it took her from a different direction. She is being buried in a wood - so it will be a first for me.

C has just gone off to check on Daph taking little Zak with her whilst her Mum enjoys a little rest on her own.

I'm cooking a gammon and preparing some veg....

Did I mention its a bright sunny day.

Oh yes ...because its BH on Monday the brown bins go out tonight !
