Happy Birthday!

National Parks are 100 years old today; on August 25, 1916 Teddy Roosevelt designated what would become Acadia National Park, in Maine (where AP and JoeP and I had some amazing popovers many years ago).

You'd think they'd have got their act together in 100 years, and standardised the size of their fridge magnets. This stuff is important.

Lots of back-blipping, but I wouldn't bother looking back. Nothing exciting, and most taken with my now entirely decrepit and practically defunct phone camera--I've been cycling everywhere, and I don't like throwing my real camera into my pannier. New phone next month should clear that problem up.
