High Tide

Saturday. Morning at home and running an errand to purchase a fence post from the local builders merchant. The afternoon shopping in Havant visiting the new M&S and visiting Andy's mum for a cup of tea and a chat. Then we drove a short way along the coast to Bosham to meet Andy's uncle and auntie for tea at the Anchor Bleu - a charming old pub which sits on the water front over looking Chichester Harbour. It is one of those places where the tide comes in high, sometimes into the streets. This evening we could see the seaweed tide mark along the streets were the sea had been earlier in the day. It was great to all catch up. Home to catch the last of the Rio Olympics events before bed.
