Imaginations

Slow start for us all today which was nice. Took Grandma to post office to get pension and post two more lots of forms she has had. Went to hardware shop which is like a Aladdin's cave so grandma loved. Popped to chemist to get something for my eye as it was stuck together this morning. At home got sorted a few other bits and ironing done.
Jack wanted to build a tippee so daddy helped him, looks pretty good I reckon and he likes it.
Went shopping late afternoon and then for deep tissue therapy on my back, neck and shoulders. Never been right since the accident last year but he said my neck was very stiff so my scapula is not functioning well and other parts of muscle ribs etc over compensating. Have to say he was very good and I feel for the first time I know what's wrong rather than physio that has said my range is ok but left me still not right.
