Back to normal, just for a couple of days

At work today - no lie in, no pottering, no telly, no Olympics. And I have to do it all again tomorrow....

This bamboo was saved from the Giant Plant Cull of March 2012 because it looked relatively nice, contained and not a mental monstor plant. It has decided to repay this kindness by growing huge great shoots as thick as your arm. It should know I show no mercy to such growth and it should stop it very soon if it wants to see Christmas.
