Preparing for tomorrow

It's finally here ... the night before I head off to the Big Smoke aka London and Hyde Park for the men's triathlon!

Got my merchandise ready to cheer the Brownlee brothers on, can't wait!

Went out on my bike did 25km and too many hills!

Home and off food shopping and then did the ironing while watching Team GB win the gold in the team show jumping.
