Bedlam

The Bedlam Theatre, but previously the New North Free Church, and yet another fringe venue. Is there a church in this city that isn't a fringe venue? After ceasing to be a church in 1937, it was given to the University of Edinburgh and is now a student run theatre. Apparently the name refers to the nearby site of the first mental health hospital. It's a 'neogothic' building by Thomas Hamilton, an architect involved in the building of Edinburgh's New Town.
The extra is an impromptu modern flamenco dance in the NMS (another fringe venue).
