Long Day

Good news from Becky last night.She has passed her Phd and is now a Doctor.All the work has paid off.

A lot of delivering today but none of the orders have been very big.We are keeping pace with the Pansies but batch three viola is a little ahead of where I would like so PGR applied when it was cool enough this evening but dark when I finished.The very warm and humid nights are not good for pansy and viola transportation is to slow.Calcium has locked up and in turn reduced the uptake of Boron.The Dosatron (French) which has been out of action the last few weeks has not helped.

Fans running over  Cyclamen from today and for the next two months.

In the picture is my friends new tractor which is made in Finland.A fantastic piece of kit and a far cry from what I was brought up with.

Very warm and humid.Grey all day.Not good weather for growing plants.
